Shipping policy

At Prairie Proud, we offer a handful of shipping options including FREE in-store "PICK UP". Please see a breakdown of these options below: 

 

STOREFRONT PICK UP 

All customers have the choice at STEP 1 of checkout to choose "PICK UP" or "SHIP". If selecting "PICK UP", customers will receive an email with instructions when their order is ready. Please note, orders must be picked up during storefront hours

STANDARD & EXPRESS OPTIONS

All of our shipping options will be flat rates including FREE Shipping for any order OVER $99 excluding applicable tax + applied discounts.

We are now shipping via couriers Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. For physical addresses, we will utilize the most efficient option, and for PO Boxes orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are reflected below:

Will I be able to track my order? 

All customers will be able to track their order. Each customer will receive a confirmation email upon placing their order and a second email when the product has been officially shipped. This confirmation of shipment will include a tracking number and a link so customers may track their order. If you don't receive a confirmation of shipment within 3 business days, please email contact@prairieproud.ca  

 

Where can I track my order? 

After you receive your confirmation shipping email with your tracking number, items can be tracked using the services of our partner couriers.
