Shipping Options
At Prairie Proud, we offer a handful of shipping options including "Storefront Pick Up". Please see a breakdown of these options below:
STOREFRONT PICK UP
All customers have the choice at Step 1 of online checkout to choose "PICK UP" instead of "SHIP"
If selecting the "PICK UP" option, customers will receive an email when their order is ready with instructions. Please note, orders must be picked up during storefront hours
STANDARD & EXPRESS OPTIONS
All of our shipping options will be flat rates including FREE Shipping for any order OVER $150 excluding applicable tax + applied discounts.

Will I be able to track my order?
All customers will be able to track their order. Each customer will receive a confirmation email upon placing their order and a second email when the product has been officially shipped. This confirmation of shipment will include a tracking number and a link so customers may track their order. If you don't receive a confirmation of shipment within 3 business days, please email contact@prairieproud.ca
Where can I track my order?
After you receive your confirmation shipping email with your tracking number, items can be tracked using the services of Canada Post. Track your shipment here.
