Holiday Return / Exchange Policy
Our products may be returned or exchanged if certain conditions are met. Please find our Holiday 2024 Return / Exchange policy below:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product was purchased between October 1st & December 24th, 2024
- Product is unworn, unwashed, or unused
- Able to provide receipt or unique Order Number (#) upon return / exchange - Order # will be five (5) digits - ex. #23456
- Return / Exchange is completed by Saturday, January 25th 2025
IN-STORE Return / Exchange
If you would like to return one or more of our items and the conditions above are met, please stop by during store hours with the following:
- the product you are hoping to return / exchange
- your Order # and / or Email, Printed, or Gift Receipt
- the reason for your return / exchange

ONLINE Exchange
If you would like to exchange one of our products, please email contact@prairieproud.ca with the following details:
- the subject line "Exchange “ and your Order #
- Example - Exchange #1144556
- the products & sizes you would like to exchange
- Example - Swap Unisex - Plains Crew T - Black - Medium → Large
Our team will reply within 1-2 business days and you can expect the following:
- Verification of your order & requested exchange
- Instructions regarding next steps
- Note, when exchanging items, customers are asked to meet us in the middle. This meaning that they are required to ship back to our address and Prairie Proud will then ship the requested exchanges back to their address FREE of charge.
- Products may also be exchanged for store credit via gift card if we do not have desired exchange product
ONLINE Return
If you would like to RETURN one of our products and the conditions above are met, please email contact@prairieproud.ca with:
- the subject "Return" and your Order #
- Example - Return #1144556
- the reason for your return / exchange
Our team will reply within 1-2 business days and you can expect the following:
- Verification of your order & requested return
- Instructions regarding next steps
- Note, customers will be asked to cover return shipping
- Once the product(s) have been received and verified, the credit card card used during original purchase will be refunded for the cost of products not including shipping.
- You will be notified via email upon the approval of your refund; however, please note that it may take 2-4 business days for the refund to show up on the credit card statement.

PHYSICAL STOREFRONT OR POP UP PURCHASES MAY BE RETURNED / EXCHANGED IN-STORE or VIA MAIL. IF COMPLETING BY MAIL, CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO COVER RETURN SHIPPING WHILE PRAIRIE PROUD WILL COVER EXCHANGE SHIPPING IF REQUIRED.
