    During the Canada Post work stoppage we shifted to work with couriers Purolator, UPS, and Canpar. As of December 19th, Canada Post is back operational and accepting packages within their network to both urban & rural areas. 

    We have decided to ship with both Canada Post and courier services moving forward to offer greater flexibility to our customers. With this being said, we have resumed service to PO Boxes via Canada Post and will ship with the most economical option to physical addresses. 

    Important to note, most delivery companies are experiencing delays due to increased volume and we ask for your patience as everyone works to catch up after the Canada Post work stoppage. Our shipping rates are highlighted below: 

    • FREE Shipping on all orders over $149 
    • $15.00 Standard Shipping across Canada 
    • $30.00 Express Shipping within the Prairie provinces 
    • $35.00 Express Shipping to the rest of Canada 

     

    Can I order online for pick up at your storefront? 

    Yes, storefront hours and pick ups will continue to be unaffected. You can select "Pick Up" as your shipping option at checkout and will be notified via email when your order is available for pick up. Our storefront hours can be found at this link - https://prairieproud.ca/pages/store

Earlier this year we started to receive requests from customers who asked if we will be offering face masks. This was not something we felt comfortable pursuing at the time but continued to listen & learn from government guidance & medical experts. 

Like most small businesses, we have had to adapt to a changing retail environment while trying to prioritize public health. While this hasn’t been easy, we wanted to provide the option to support us through the purchase of reusable adult & kids (non medical grade) face masks which are proudly made in Canada from start to finish.
