Shipping Update

The union representing Canada Post employees has announced a strike as of September 25th, 2025 which will again prevent us from shipping to PO Boxes. We are disappointed at this action and the headache this situation continues to cause for so many small businesses.

Nevertheless, we will still be processing & shipping orders daily to physical addresses with partners Purolator, UPS, and Canpar. The rural networks of these couriers may not be as vast as Canada Post but please note that many communities have courier hubs or access points within local businesses. For example, if you live in a smaller community and only have a PO Box, you could look to instead ship your package to a physical Purolator location in a neighbouring town. 

For customers who have had their order shipped via Canada Post but have yet to receive it, we will be in touch to discuss options. 

Finally, we are committed to keeping the same shipping rates moving forward which are highlighted below: 

  • FREE Shipping on all orders over $99 
  • $10.00 Standard Shipping within the Prairie Provinces 
  • $15.00 Standard Shipping within the rest of Canada 
  • $15.00 Standard International Shipping 
  • $30.00 Express Shipping within the Prairie provinces 
  • $35.00 Express Shipping to the rest of Canada 

 

Can I order online for pick up at your storefront? 

Yes, storefront hours and pick ups will continue to be unaffected. You can select "Pick Up" as your shipping option at checkout and will be notified via email when your order is available for pick up. Our storefront hours can be found at this link - https://prairieproud.ca/pages/store
