Return / Exchange Policy

Our products may be returned or exchanged if certain conditions are met. Please find our full policy below: 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Product was purchased in the past 30 calendar days 
  2. Product is unworn and unwashed
  3. Original packaging must be used for the return


If these conditions are met, please follow the return / exchange process below: 

  1. If you are unhappy with one of our products and the conditions above are met, please email with:
  • the subject "Return" or "Exchange"
  • your Order # and
  • the reason for your return / exchange
    1. Once your order is verified, you will be sent an email with instructions and an attached return packing slip to print off at any available printer. There will be NO cost to the customer for the return packing slip as it is pre-paid
    2. You will then attach this packing slip to the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and take the package to your local Canada Post outlet for shipping. 
    3. RETURNS - Once the product(s) have been received and verified, the credit card card used during original purchase will be refunded for the cost of products NOT including shipping. You will be notified via email upon the approval of your refund; however, please note that it may take 2-4 business days for the refund to show up on the credit card statement. 
    4. EXCHANGES - Once the product(s) have been received and verified, we will package up the exchange products and ship to you at NO Additional cost. You will be notified when this exchange package is en-route;  however, please note that it may take up to a maximum of 14 business days for the exchange process to be completed. 


*All SALE Items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned 


*If any one (1) of the three (3) conditions stated above are not met, we will not accept a return and your credit card will not be refunded.


*Each Order is eligible for 1 pre-paid return shipping label or 1 pre-paid exchange shipping label. If additional returns or exchanges are required, the customer will be responsible for shipping / handling charges.


*Please note that the return process will be completed as quick as possible, but it may take up to 14 business days for the complete process explained above.
