Return / Exchange Policy
Our products may be returned or exchanged if certain conditions are met; please see below for our policy:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product was purchased in the past 30 calendar days
Product is unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging must be used for the return
If these conditions are met, please follow the return / exchange process is explained below:
If you are unhappy with one of our products and the conditions above are met, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with:
the subject "Return" or "Exchange"
your Order # to prove proof of purchase, and
the reason for your return.
Once your order is verified, you will be sent an email with instructions and an attached return packing slip to print off at any available printer. There will be no cost to the customer for the return packing slip
- You will then attach this packing slip to the original packaging and take the package to your local Canada Post outlet for shipping.
RETURNS - Once the product(s) have been received and verified, the credit card card used during original purchase will be refunded for the cost of products not including shipping. You will be notified via email upon the approval of your refund; however, please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on the credit card statement.
EXCHANGES - Once the product(s) have been received and verified, we will package up the exchange products and ship to you at NO Additional cost. You will be notified when this exchange package is en-route; however, please note that it may take 14 business days for the exchange process to be completed.

*If any one (1) of the three (3) conditions stated above are not met, we will not accept a return and your credit card will not be refunded.
*Please note that the return process will be completed as quick as possible, but it may take up to 14 business days for the complete process explained above.
