Holiday Return / Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following (4) conditions must be met: 

 

  • Product was purchased between the following dates: 
    • October 1st, 2018 and December 31st, 2018 
  • Product is UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNDAMAGED
  • Able to provide unique order number (#) upon return / exchange
    • Order # will be five (5) digits - Ex. #23456
    • You can find this unique number in one (1) of three (3) locations
      • Gift Receipt - # written on back of physical postcard
      • Email Receipt - # will be in subject line 
      • Physical Receipt - # written at the top of receipt
  • Product is returned or exchanged by: 
    • Sunday, January 20th, 2019

 

Note: 

  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE 
  • Please provide unique order number w/ gifted product 
  • Online refunds can only be processed to original method of payment 
  • Physical Storefront  or Pop Up purchases may be returned / exchanged via mail or in-store  If completing by mail, customers are required to cover return shipppig while Prairie Proud will cover exchange shipping if required.
  • Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee if not in original condition

 

 

If you would like to return or exchange an online or pop up purchase, please follow these instructions: 

 

  • Email us at contact@prairieproud.ca with the subject "Return" or "Exchange"
  • Provide Order # to prove proof of purchase, and
  • Reason for your return

 

    1.  Once your order is verified, you will be sent an email with instructions and an attached return packing slip to print off at any available printer. There will be no cost to the customer for the return packing slip 
    2.  You will then attach this packing slip to the original packaging and take the package to your local Canada Post outlet for shipping. 
    3. RETURNS - Once the product(s) have been received and verified, the credit card card used during original purchase will be refunded for the cost of products not including shipping. You will be notified via email upon the approval of your refund; however, please note that it may take 2-4 business days for the refund to show up on the credit card statement. 
    4. EXCHANGES - Once the product(s) have been received and verified, we will package up the exchange products and ship to you at NO Additional cost. You will be notified when this exchange package is en-route;  however, please note that it may take 10 business days for the exchange process to be completed.
