Holiday Return / Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following (3) conditions must be met: 

  • Product was purchased between November 1st to December 31st 2017

  • Product is UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNDAMAGED

  • Product is returned or exchanged on or before Sunday, January 21st, 2018

 

Please note: 

  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE 

  • Must provide the order number upon return or exchange 

  • In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged in-store 

  • Online purchases can be returned or exchanged in-store or via mail

 

If you would like to return or exchange an online purchase, please follow these instructions: 
  • Email us at contact@prairieproud.ca with the subject "Return" or "Exchange"

  • your Order # to prove proof of purchase, and

  • the reason for your return

    1.  Once your order is verified, you will be sent an email with instructions and an attached return packing slip to print off at any available printer. There will be no cost to the customer for the return packing slip 

    2.  You will then attach this packing slip to the original packaging and take the package to your local Canada Post outlet for shipping. 

    3.  RETURNS - Once the product(s) have been received and verified, the credit card card used during original purchase will be refunded for the cost of products not including shipping. You will be notified via email upon the approval of your refund; however, please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on the credit card statement. 

    4.  EXCHANGES - Once the product(s) have been received and verified, we will package up the exchange products and ship to you at NO Additional cost. You will be notified when this exchange package is en-route;  however, please note that it may take 14 business days for the exchange process to be completed.
